ccSvcHst error when logging out

Hi,

Windows 7 Professional, 32 bit, clean install, SP1 applied, all windows updates applied,

Norton Internet Security 2011, 18.6.0.29, Liveupdate applied, with Norton Online Family installed.

SYMNRT run to remove prior version (NIS 2009), then 2011 installed from the downloaded file.

Whenever a Standard User logs out or shuts down the computer, they get an error during the process of Windows closing files and logging out::

Message box entitled:

ccSvcHst.exe - Application error

Error message in the box:

- either this -:

The instruction at 0x71c9542c referenced memory at 0x7042f760. The memory could not be read.

- or this -

The instruction at 0x71dd542c referenced memory at 0x7042f760. The memory could not be read.

- followed by -

Click on OK to terminate the program. [OK button]

---------------------

This happens consistently, every time a standard user logs out or shuts down. It does not happen when an Administrator logs out.

The error also happens on multiple PC's. All were clean installs of Windows 7 Professional, 32 bit, with NIS 2011 installed, with Norton Online Family. Whenever a non-Admin user logs out, they get the error. It is consistent and reproducable.

Please fix this problem.

Thank you.
