this started when laptop restored its setting to the point when it was working properly due to an error
after i've updated my norton
its cpu usage randomly fluctuates from cpu usage 0 to cpu usage of 50-60
even though i,m not in idle mode
i,m very much irritated especially when i,m playing games and it fluctautes to cpu usage of 50-60
i kinda tried disabling some stuff by still it has the same results
an i've notice that whenever i go to the performance tab its completely blank
can anyone help me plssss
