Ive installed latest NIS 2011 on 2 laptops and a desktop (i have a 3 licence edition),with no problems.However my young daughter uses the desktop so I installed norton online family filtering (safety minder) ,and started getting a ccsvchst.exe application error upon shutdown of the pc which is windows 7 64 bit.I then tried to replicate the problem on one of the laptops (windows 7 64 bit)and installed online family (safety minder)on that too,and again got the error,so it seems something isnt right with norton online family.Is there a safe fix /patch for this ?.Ive read older posts about this error ,but these seem to relate nis itself rather than norton safety minder
