I've got the problem where my hp windows 8 laptop is experiencing high cpu usage coming from the ccsvchst.exe file. One major difference is I cannot get on the internet or unload anything what so ever. Because of that I am on a different computer. It also means that I can't uninstall norton or download a better version. If anyone knows how to fix it please help
