The ccsvchst.exe file utilizes between 60% and 99% of the CPU Usage at all times. This prevents other programs from running at a normal speed. It also will not close when shutting the computer down and must be exited manually.
I've tried the Norton Autofix and it comes back saying everything is fine. The virtuak help is no help and keeps trying to sell me more software.
Is there anything that can be done? Can a live person be reached at Norton that can help? Is Norton just trying to sell thier Ultimate Helpdesk product? I'm frustrated and unable to get answers.
