For the last 3 months I have been charged by my net provider fees for downloading uploading data exceeding my data plan. I do not download movies or music and just go on the net for searches.
So in December I changed my contract with my net provider to be able to download or upload 140 gigabit, I again busted this limit.
Finally I downloaded NetLimiter, and this software tells me that on February 7064 Mb and downloaded 209 Mb, Today I already have 3045 Mb of upload (for 10 hours) and 75 Mb of download. The activity is linked to ccsvchst.exe and uses in upload 300Mb by hour...?
My service provider told me that my exceeding date transfer was linked to uploads.
I have windows 7 pro on my computer and Norton Internet security on this computer.
Can someone help me on this.
