I recently update my Norton product. At first it didn't work. I contacted Norten and had a Norton expert spend several hours over days to fix the problem which was Norton caused and finally it was stated to be fixed. The next day I noticed when I turned on my computer it took a long time to start up Windows XP, after some searching I found that ccsvchst.exe was using up all the cpu for many minutes at start up before letting something else run on the system. I notice that there are many many notes on this community board relating to CCSVCHST. It seems NORTON has a problem that it should fix. I worked on software support and instalations on main frames for 30 years and could not imagine how a company could sell a product that has so many problems. If them do not give me a fix soon I will find another program for security support.
