Hi, I have been using the latest version of NIS for many months and have been happy with it. Minimal resource usage and very
unobtrusive.
However I think I got hit by a virus or spyware a few days ago and now I'm periodically getting NIS usage of 50%. I ran a quick scan and it found and quarantined a virus. However the 50% cpu usage remained.
I therefore decided to restore a backup image of my C drive from a week ago, which I think was before I was having this problem. However I was still getting 50% CPU usage by NIS. I just ran another quick scan and I got Trojan FakeAV. Then I did a full scan of my C drive. I also did a scan with Spybot search & destroy, which didn't find anything.
I tried to upload an MCF file with this message but all exported MCF files seem to have a size of 6.19mb whereas your site limits attachments to 5.24mb.
What should I do now to fix this?
