Process ccSvcHst.exe processor usages is running high ~ 48%. It appears to only start doing this after starting Outlook 2007 and Outlook starts accessing a POP e-mail account. Outlook is set to only access 1 exchange server account and 1 POP account. It has been set this way for over a year and was working just fine last week.
Outlook shows that it is processing the POP account but I do not see any packets being sent or received over my Internet connection indicating no transactions with the POP server are occurring. The Exchange account is working just fine. ccSvcHst.exe continues at this high CPU rate even after closing Outlook. After a logoff/login, the ccSvcHst.exe process goes to minimal CPU usage.
I have ran LiveUpdate 2 times with one reboot required the first tiem. I have NIS Version 18.1.0.37 running on XP SP3. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
