Was installing NIS 2011, and got to the place where it asked me to restart the computer. As I was doing that, I decided to remove the installation CD, assuming it was done reading the CD. Upon restart, Norton gave me a message that I needed to place the CD back and click NEXT, which I did.
The CD drive now refuses to spin up.
Any thoughts?
