It is an Internet Security Warning. It states The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. The target principal name is incorrect. The certificate says

I get this message when I want to send an email from Outlook 2007 Win XP I.E. 8. I have called ATT and they verify all my settings are good with them. I thought that perhaps Norton was the cause of this message and when I turn off Identity Safe I don't get the warning.
