Hello people, another newbie here with an question:
I’m using Norton Ghost 14 for some time now and I’m runninginto a strange problem now. I was storing my backups on a NAS (network-drive)and somehow (!!!) the networkdrive changed it’s path.
Yesterday is was \\NAS\Volume_1-1 and now it is \\NAS\Volume_1(so without ‘-1’). Of course Ghost lost it’s connection to the backupdestination and I’d like to restore that so it can “see” the previously maderestore sets again.
Some how I cant find the option to change the backupdestination so Ghost sees the backups I already made. It looks like I have tostart a whole new backup-set. That’s not what I want because then I have two separateincremental backup sets (asking for trouble in the future).
Can anybody tell me how to change the backup destination foralready made backups? So I recover to the old situation (with the “new” path tothe backup destination)? Of course I already tried to change the NAS-volumeback to it’s old state.. That’s not possible without rebuilding the RAID-array.
