Does other parts of the Symantec site ie the Symantec store change eg dollars to rupees? Maybe its just that the forum only exists in us english? Not quite sure. Clearing cookies sometimes resets regional settings.

Are you using the Indian version of windows or the American version? The product version you get is determined by where you purchased it, country that is.

I believe that is indeed the case. When I tried out the the Indian home of Symantec, I saw no link even pointing to the forums. I'm assuming that the original post meant just the forums and not the storefront etc. I could be wrong of course and may just have missed any reference to the forums on that site or it could be buried a little deeper than I chose to search.
