Now and then Norton tells the user to remove manually for the likes of Zeroaccess or other system files patch malware.
Change that so Norton has the "Get Help" flag for these as some users are seeing the remove manually (fix or delete) as that as they have to delete the file themselves and if a system file that is required, even if infected users are deleting most of the time not able to as the file is on use but there could be the odd time they manage to and on any system restart Windoes has a problem.
