Change the Invoice Address to a Business Address and not to my personal name

I want to change the details on my account so that the invoice goes to my business and not to me in person. How can I change that?

Log into your Norton Account and click on My Account at the top right and then click on Account Settings. Scroll down to Personal Information and click the pencil icon to edit your address.

Although I believe Norton does not send out invoices. Renewals are done online and or with Automatic Renewal. You should get an email confirmation of the subscription renewal. But if you change your personal information, at least that should be reflected on the receipt email for your business purposes.

Thanks, Peter. That does not allow me to add a business name or a VAT number. Do I possibly need to change the type of account - is there such a thing as a business/enterprise account for Norton?

Norton products are aimed at home users. You will have to contact Norton Support to see if there is any way to add VAT numbers to your Account. Contact Norton™Support - Norton Phone Number, and Chat Support . If using chat, when you can enter some information, enter “agent please” to get connected to a human.

You may just have to do what we do here in Canada for our HST tax. When you file your taxes with the government, you are able to claim that against what you owe.
