Change the wrong Main Parent's name

Hello...

 

Please advise how to change the main parent name ?  I made a mistake during the creation of the account.

1. Please log onto https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs

2. Click on the parent icon (encircled in the screenshot below), then you can edit the parent account.

I still can't find that parent's icon on the screen you mention before, it is my typing error during the  creation of this account.

I use my daugther's name as parent's name during the procedures...now I can't add my daugther's name as the child's name.

Please advise help.

Please click on the parent icon which is located at upper-right hand corner of the page (encircled in my previous screen shot) once you log onto OnlineFamily.Norton website.
