Change User Name (ie:- Email Address) in Norton Account

Hi,

 

Can any one advice if I can change the email login address for my Norton Account?

Hello Sea_Monster

 

After you log into My Norton Account, go to profiles, account information. In the user information, there are 2 lines where you can put in your email address and then you have to repeat the address again. On the bottom, it says update. That should update your email address then.

 

If you are having a problem with it, you can use the chat feature for free. I don't think you are in the US/CAN area, but I can't remember where you are from. Here is the link for the US./CAN, but you can click on the location from that page I think that you need to get the local chat program.

I don't think it mattered. I entered through the US site and got them to merge my two accounts.  I accidentily made a new account but found out my key is in my old account.  Gmail changed from googlemail.com to gmail.com.  I got them to merge the gmail.com account with the googlemail.com.

Hi sea monster. This is your thread regarding your Norton account. The best way to solve this issue is to contact Symantec by one click support or via the website. i would one click support chat as its more version specific.

Got it.  I followed your suggestion and got it to change my login email address.
