Hi, we have been paying for 1 PC protection since 2007. Last year, we bought 3 laptops and a physical Kaspersky Security that allow us to protect 5 computers. We still paid for the 1 PC Norton protection for our main computer but now our Kaspersky is ending soon and we want to stop paying for one or another. I personnaly prefer Norton product which is why I am here. We paid for our 1 PC protection in august 2015, next time will be in august 2016 and I was wondering if it was possible to change my existing 1 PC protection to a 5 PC protection? I could cancel my renewal of 1 PC and buy a 5 PC protection but I would lose the money paid back in august 2015 for the 1 PC protection... Is there a way to upgrade?
