Norton Community is primarily user-to-user “working” product help.
Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account ~ subscription ~ billing profile.

fwiw ~ recent Norton chat support agent comment:

Norton support cannot directly change the subscription. However, Norton support can cancel one product and provide new one and transfer the previous subscription days into the new product.
