changing to windows 10

I have a laptop running Windows 8.1 and Norton INTERNET Security  version 21.7.0.11  (Not Norton Security)

 

I want to upgrade my laptop to the free Windows10. If I will be running Windows 10 OS, Do I need to upgrade my Norton INTERNET Security to version  22.5.5.15 (NOT Norton Security)?

 

So should I upgrade my laptop to Windows 10 first? Or update my Norton first?

 

I don’t want to move to Norton SECURITY, I want to stay with Norton Internet Security
