Charged £89.99 by Norton after cancelling auto-renewal, with no support response, and requesting a refund

Hi
I’m really hoping someone here can actually help, as I’m at my wits’ end with Norton support.

On 22/05/25, Norton took £89.99 from my account for a renewal I had already cancelled well in advance. I even received an email confirmation that my auto-renewal was cancelled, so I have no idea why the charge went through. I’ve now emailed support multiple times (including a previous online chat that went nowhere), but I’ve had zero response.

Been a Norton customer for years and I always cancel before the renewal date because I can get the same product much cheaper elsewhere. £90 is a rip off for an antivirus! Right now I just feel completely conned. It’s made me lose all trust in Norton. At this point, I just want out, so please cancel my account and issue my refund so I can move to another antivirus provider who actually values their customers.

If anyone from Norton is reading this, please sort this out. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I just want my money back.

Thanks.

@Ifeanyichukwu_Muo Unfortunately, no one here on the forums has access to customers accounts or their data. My suggestion is to start the refund process at the link below. Officially, this is what we are given to suggest when a refund is needed. The chat feature works but can be terribly frustrating and time consuming.
