I am being charged for Norton Services and do not use it. I have opened a case with your support team. I received charged to my bank account and and disputed those charges. I never received an email from Norton that stated I would be charged. I've never used your product for these charges. I was told by your support team that they would pro rate my charges. I was not happy with that answer. I would like the charges dropped. Please have someone who is can discuss this in detail please reach out to me.
