Chat access

I was attempting to reach customer service thru the "chat" function, but even though cookies are enabled for Norton in various forms, it would not connect.  I need to cancel an auto renewal that had been canceled months ago and was just charged for it late last night!!  I entered the information into the chat message box, but cannot get it thru!!  please advise ... I REALLY hate to have to use the telephone line!!  thanks!!

Thank you for your reply.  I didn't think anyone in the forums would have access to account details, I was just looking for advice about how to accomplish the cancellation without using the incredibly difficult phone lines ... thanks for the link ... I'll give it a try.  Have a great day!!  k

The automatic renewal for 360 subscriptions are processed around 30 - 40 days before the expiry of the subscription to allow for any issues with the payment, so that your protection can be maintained.

There is no one in the forums that has access to Account/payment details. Use the link I gave in my post above yours to request the refund.

 

I did not authorize a charge from paypal for $109.99.  I have a current subscription that does not expire until Jan 18, 2023.  I have canceled the renewal and please return the money back to paypal.  I never received any renewal notice either.
