I go to start chat gives me case number. Then error page cant be displayed. https://sales.liveperson.net not available

Hi socialprincess,

I actually went to your link and started a chat and got connected and was provided and got a case number.  I then reposnded that I was just checking to see if it worked with Norton and they told me I was on the wrong site if I wanted Norton.

 

But I did get on the site and chatted!

 

Don't know if this helps you or not.

As Yank noted, the chat link you supplied was not a Norton chat site but a support site for many different products. They may also ask for fees for their work.

 

As long as you go to the Norton chat sites linked, there will be no charge for the service.

Can you tell us which Operating System version you have and also which Norton product and version?  You can find the Norton version by clicking Support > About.

Windows 7  norton 360 version 21.1.0.18

I believe ETD Control Center is connected with your touchpad?

 

Have you tried updating the driver?

It works I just have to go control panel mouse etd options and turn off and turn on scrolling everytime i turn on my computer

 

It just used to start automatically. I love the automatically scrolling feature

What page is supposed to appear when I click start chat?  I dont think I am opening to correct page
