Chat support & Firefox

Chat support button(Start chat) is not an actual button that can be pressed. pressing does nothing & rigthclicking tells me that theres no chance this would lead to anything, that it is in fact not an actual button, the button that appears after youve filled the support form that lets you start a live chat.

Is firefox? or is it Adguard intefering?
