Hi
I know this is a question about System Works, but I think it will get better exposure here.. My System Works 12 Standard subscription is set to expire in 30 days since I got my first nag screen today. I have bought another boxed version of the program since it is cheaper than buying another key for the same program from Symantec. What I would like to check on is this. I went to my norton account site and clicked on my System Works 12 Standard which I have now. That gives me the option of buying a key. That's as far as I went so far since I do still have like 4 weeks to do this in. I have the boxed version and I don't want to have to install the program again. In the spot where it says to buy a key, if I click on that will it give me a place to put in my new key which I have from my boxed version.. I'm hoping that someone can answer me here. I know you guys all have NIS or NAV and this is System Works 12. If I ask this question the other products part of the Forum, it will get buried with all the Ghost and other questions. Maybe this is more of a question for a Symantec employee to answer. Some of you have System Works Basic though, so maybe those people can answer this question. It's a little different also since as far as Symantec is really concerned, there is no more information about System Works 12 Standard on the site. They pushing Norton Utililies and NIS and NAV 2010 which I don't want at this time cause it may very well delete my Unreal Tournament 99 which I have brought up in other posts I know. The question now is how do I enter the new key without having to install the program again. Thanks.
