I am using Norton Parental Control with Norton 360 Deluxe. The house rules that I configure from the iOS Norton Family mobile app are not automatically propagating to my child’s Windows laptop. Each time, I have to manually update the rules directly on the laptop. Additionally, the child always shows as inactive in the Norton Family parent app, even when the laptop is online
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please restart the child device once and check the house rules update.
