My son is using a tool to inject a .dll file into the Norton Online Family application while it's running, effectively killing it.
While I applaud his creativity, I don't want this to continue.
Is there any way to protect against this?

You need more then OFN. When he logs into your pc does he have Admin rights?

You should check if your son's user account is a power user/administrator one, or a limited user.
It should be a limited user. With that he can not install programs, and can not change any dlls with the limited one as well.
Let us know the results.
If your son is capable of this kind of manipulation at an age when he is bound by Online Family, it might be wise to find out what else he can do.
