Child missing from Norton Family Online

When I log on to my Norton Family it says I have no children or devices for my account.  The child I had previously had set up is now gone.  This has happened several times but after a few hours, the child & device reappear.  This time it's been gone for 2 days.  Is it possible that he deleted the app from his phone or found a way to get around the app?  He would not have access to my user name and password to do so as the admin.
