Child still watching YouTube!

Detailed description:
I manually blocked youtube (on blocked sites)
The activity log lists blocked YouTube videos
The video monitoring shows these videos have been watched.
I know he’s watching these videos, completely, from start to finish

Update.
I know how he does it. My child creates new Google accounts in chrome, and then can get onto any website he wants. New profile, no family safety.

How to stop this??

Thanks for reaching out to Norton Family forum.

We have analyzed your issue and the issue should not be related to different google accounts/profile, it should work with any profile. We would like you to try few things.

  1. Could you please check your Norton Family version. You should have 25.7.x.
    To check the version, you can Right click on Norton Family “TrayIcon” and click on “About Norton Family”.
    If you don’t have the latest version, please click on “Run LiveUpdate” from the same menu and restart the device after the update is complete.

  2. In Norton Family portal, Choose the respective child and click on Web Supervision settings, In-addition to youtube.com, please add the below URLs using the Exception tab and block them.
    “play.google.com”
    “googlevideo.com”
    Once you have added the above websites to blocked list, please go to the child device clear cache from the google chrome browser and restart the browser.
    On the child device, right click on Norton Family “TrayIcon” and click on “Update House Rules”.

Please try the above steps and retest the youtube URL on the child machine and update us.
