Chinese characters showing up in Identity Safe

I have read a couple of the message boards but have not found a clear solution for chinese characters showing up in identity safe. I have tried numerous unistalls and reinstalls, backups of the identity files and restore. This is happening on IE and Firefox running Visat and just started happening a few days ago.   Does anyone have a solution?

Yes it is. But no solution.I like a patch was in the works.

Can you please provide some more information? What product your are using? Norton Internet Security or Norton 360? Which version?  Did you ever create Identity Safe Backup and later restored your logins and passwords from that backup file?

The problem that is described in the thread GreatNate1312 sent, has been fixed long time ago. Fix was made available via Liveupdate.
