I've had a problem w/ choppy scrolling w/ Firefox. I am running Firefox 25 now. I've disabled hardware accel. This had no effect. I ran Firefox in Safe Mode & the problem went away. I checked my extensions & found that when I disabled Norton Toolbar scrolling was fine. Any ideas why Norton Toolbar is causing the problem? Thanks.
