I am using the latest version of Windows 10, Chrome and NS deluxe. Please go to this site: http://www.neowin.net/ and scroll down and monitor the CPU usage. I had reported a similar bug few months back and guess what? Looks like they are having hard times fixing their own code or their quality assurance department was sleeping and testing this update. The same issue persists with other sites too.
