Hello! Every time I start chrome so it freezes up and I have to constantly switch between different tabs to get the page to function. I have noticed that the problem is caused by Norton toolbar and when I disable it, then it works all the pages again and no pages freezes.
The problem has existed since a 1 year back and is still on my new OS that is Windows 8 Pro
The problem is only in chrome but not in internet explorer.
My system is updated to the smallest component, but nothing works.
