The following keeps popping up on my computer.

What is this? Can someone tell me, in simple english, if I show allow this or not? Is it ok to do?
I am using a MAC and I have Sononma 14.1.1

In the alert, below the Details section, click the drop-down icon
Select Always Allow for this connection option and then click Allow.
