Claim a refund

We no longer use the product and are looking to get a refund after the subscription automatically renewed. We have now stopped the renewal but want a refund for recent payment made. This doesn’t appear to be an option on the site. Please advise

you would need to contact norton directly for the refund

if you stopped the payment as i read it you did than payment wasnt applied
