Issue abstract: Claude CLI is constantly blocked by Norton on TLS Handshake issues - sometimes to Github or to Vercel with the Vercel CLI

Detailed description: Norton 360 Blocks TLS Handshake even though I exported the Norton Certificate and ran the following 2 commands at the Powershell Prompt: Import-Certificate -FilePath “C:\certs\norton.cer” -CertStoreLocation Cert:\LocalMachine\Root & [System.Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable(“NODE_OPTIONS”, “–use-system-ca”, “User”)

What is the error message you are seeing? Reported by Claude CLI that it cannot establish link in testing

Please post a screenshot of the error so we may see exactly what you are seeing. Also, does your Norton firewall and Norton history have entries logged that have information about Norton blocking this connection?
