Any ideas what this is, and how to get rid of it? I do not believe it actually is from MS, but curious is anyone has run across this. I was able to get to task manager and run the Norton 360 scan, and it came back clean for viruses.

Sure looks like a fake support scam. Protect yourself from tech support scams - Microsoft Support.
