Clean Up requires a six digit PIN code and I can't access the phone number to get it

I purchased "Clean up" at the time of renewing my subscription today and the 888 639 5264 phone number can't be accessed from my landline in Australia. Please help me with the six digit code.

Welcome,

Not sure about out of country processes but when you make an online purchase Norton usually sends you an email confirmation/receipt. That's usually where you will find any code/subscription/pin numbers for the products you have purchased. Might want to check your junk and spam folders. The replies are computer generated and might confuse your filters.

Are you sure you were dealing with Norton on this? How did you access Norton?
