Cleanmmem memory optimizing program blocked

I have a program that runs in the background called Cleanmem and after looking in my recent history in NIS 2012 it looks as though NIS is blocking some or all of the program. It runs every 15 mins. and there is no setting for me to allow it or anything like that. I really like this program and woul like to continue running it.Cleanmem.PNG

Hello!

That message does not mean that the program was blocked from running. It means that it was blocked from reading one of Norton's processes or files. This is just Norton's self protection - it blocks any and all attempts to read from, write to, or otherwise modify any of its files and processes - and you can disregard it when it comes from a legitimate program. It definitely does not interfere with your progam. :smileyhappy:

Thank you so much my friend. I had a slight feeling that was the case. When I checked Norton's feelings regarding this program it gave nothing but good reports so I was wondering why would a program like this be blocked from operating. On to your answer which told me it wasn't blocked, olus in Task Scheduler History it was reported as started and completed, so all is good on julio99 Street thanks to you and a bit of thinking.
