ClearScore - can't log-in

Last year one of my daughters recommended that I join ClearScore (www. clearscore .com). It's a new UK company (July 2105) and not only does it monitor credit ratings & recommend products based on them eg mortgages but they also alert you to anyone making a credit check on you - a good anti-fraud weapon.

But I've never been able to log in - since I first tried at the end of last October the login box is light blue instead of clear and won't let me proceed.

Their first suggestion was that perhaps I missed a procedure when I signed up. They cancelled my account so that I could sign up/start over again but there's no change. They suggested using a different browser (no change on Chrome - I usually use IE11).

Now they hinting that it's my Firewall/anti-virus software. I can't try with my Norton switched off but I tried with my Vault closed - no change.

As my Vault was switched off, it can't possibly be Norton but I'm clutching at straws now - can anyone think of any other reason it might be Norton? It's a single-stage log-in by the way.

Their site is rated as Untested - might this be a factor or to put it another way if they asked Norton to test their site would the test pick up this potential problem (eg they may have missed doing something)?
