I am attempting to run a full scan. Clicking on the icons gets no response. In other words I am unable to open Norton 360 to run scans, change settings etc. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to solve the problem. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the 360 program 3 times and I continue to have the same problem. Thanks

Are you seeing the same condition with any other programs/applications? Have you tried going to Start -> all programs and starting 360 from there?
