Clicking on Norton Toolbar doesn't give me the dropdown menu anymore

True, I used the menu only to jump to Norton Web Safe internet page, but still... Now I need more clicks to get to the page :smileyindifferent:

 

Just recently I installed version 21.1.0.18 of Norton 360 and IE11. I wonder what caused it. I have Windows 7 64 bit.
