This is obviously a known issue since there are several posts about it but no solid answers.
The client turns off automatically and my son does not know the password. I have logged into my sons computer (as him) during the day and I have used it without Norton turning on.
Norton support: please escalate this issue so it can be solved-the product and features have no value until this gets fixed.
I am very computer literate and have spent hours trying to troubleshoot this. It seems to only happen on this one computer that is connected to the internet via a wireless USB antenna. I am going to change the setting on the computer so it does not hibernate (seems to be an issue during wakeup?) to see if that fixes the problem.
I will post my results to help the other people here with the same problem.
