Cloning drive with Acronis TrueImage utility and Norton interference

I have Norton 360 (for AV security etc.) and Acronis TrueImage 2015 which I've used & am trying to use for backups and "cloning"   I've been getting Drive Failing warnings for my main systems primary Seagate hybrid (its both a "regular" HD combined with a small SSD and some kind of Seagate proprietary firmware to work like a single drive.)  I've been trying to "clone" the Drive/Disk 0 to an identical hybrid drive located in an external USB dock, with the intent of swapping out the old, going bad drive for the new one.  Every time I try running the Acronis Clone Utility that comes with TrueImage 2015, I get a USB drive that, instead of being a "clone" of the desktop primary, contains one folder and two files - the Folder is Labeled "N360_BACKUP" type "File Folder" and under it, in the "New Volume (G:)" are two files, one "ARestore" type Application, @ 6.319KB; and the 2nd also "ARestore" same file date and time as the Appication file, described as "Contains AlertLock and/or Marked Locations" size 108K.

How do I get Norton360 to stop interfering with the Acronis cloning function, and let me "clone" the Disk0 (which appears to have, FWIW, as viewed in Windows7's Computer Management - storage app/Disk management, three (3) separate components, a 39MB partition (my guess is this is the SSD portion of the Seagate combined ATA-ST2000DX001 Hard Drive, and ATA Samsung SSD PM83 drive), a 12.26 GB "Recovery" NTFS partition described as "Healty, System Active, Primary Partition)"; and last but not least an OS (C): 1850.75GB "Healthy (Boot, Page File, Crash Dump Primary Partition.}

Thanks for any help, Michael
