This has happened several times now and is unsatisfactory. Surface Pro 3 with Windows 8.1 all updates installed. Internet Explorer 11 Norton Security 22.5.2.15
NS is configured to close after 15 minutes. After the computer resumes from sleep, and I open a web site from the favourites folder and click on the "Vault is closed", NS opens with a display of a page of my logins. This page is active, and I can click on, for example, create a new login. I have't proceeded past that. If I attempt to edit a login, I am asked for a password, but this situation is unsatisfactory.
The only way to clear this anomaly is to click on my Norton login name and log out of Norton.
