More detail on aboveWhen logged onto Norton it works fine until Cloud Backup/View Backup sets is accessed, at this point the PC is automatically logged off by the product, returning to the sign in point. This has been tested on three separate PCs and the same result is experienced on all three PCs, two PCs with HP and one with ASUS. The problem was first noticed on 25/05/2025. However, the backups are still being completed, it is only access to them that is the issue.
Tried Norton, Reset to Default and Repair but neither rectified the problem. Also tried to speed up the PC by running Norton Utilities.
