Cloud Backup issues

I used Cloud Backup previously and ran it successfully 4 weeks ago. The new Norton interface that suddenly appeared a couple of weeks ago made things less useful but I managed to use it [please change it back to the previous one]. I went to run Cloud Backup a couple of days ago and it ran but backed up some [I assume default] backup set which I had not told it to run. I deleted that and found I now needed to re-create my backup set again, which I did. I ran it and extremely slowly [18 hours] it ran a small percentage of it. I stopped it, went in to settings and was unable to access the settings for Cloud Backup. It seems to “synch” constantly, but with no progress on the green progress bar. I can not get into settings and the “manage” button is greyed out. My Cloud Storage is zero GB and, while the Norton website previously showed how much was backed up there, it now says Cloud Backup needs to be activated . I have restarted several times and my product is fully up to date. I need this solved - please say what can be done. I am at a dead end. Tell me how to fix this mess please.

Hello @CarolynJ_Mulder
W11 25H2?
Norton 360 v26.3.10886 (build 26.3.10886.973) ?

Please run Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine?
Any Windows Updates pending?

Maybe, try Troubleshooting? → Reset to Default &or Repair Norton
Note: Reset to Default resets Cloud Backup

Maybe, try Record a performance issue &or Send debug logs

@Barry_Schmidl @CarolynJ_Mulder Have you both signed out of Norton via the user interface ( UI main page) then signed in again to see if backup resynch?
