Cloud Backup not working

Detailed description: What has happened to Cloud Backup? Mine shows over 37GB data backed up then says my PC is not backed up and will not allow me to do a new cloud backup. I backed up my documents frequently up to last week no problem. From this same laptop.

Product & version number: Norton 360 25.9.10453 (build 25.9.10453.953)

OS details:Windows 11

What is the error message you are seeing?This device is not backed up

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:

~ any Windows Updates pending?

~ did you run Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine?

~ did you try Norton 360 → Troubleshooting → Repair Norton &or Reset to Default?
Note: Reset to Default resets Cloud Backup
