Detailed description: Last backup shown on line was 1/26/2026. However, files from months ago not in the backup. Major folders are selected for backup which should include the missing files.

Did you disable Back up common file types only?
Any Excluded files?
Yes Back up common file types only? is disabled. Excluded files are mainly folders and a few individual files. Common files like png, pdf, xlsx, docx, accdb are not being backed up. If Back up common file types only? is disabled shouldn’t all file types be backed up?
Yes…disabled should back up supported file types.
Okay…since, you’ve eliminated the obvious…may be best to run Norton 360 → Settings → Troubleshooting → Reset to Default…and start over. Note: Reset to Default resets Cloud Backup
Did you try Sign out Norton 360…and sign back in?
Did you try running Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine?
